“I began volunteering with Ronald McDonald House Boston Harbor in July 2019. I came to know of RMH from a family who had stayed at a Ronald McDonald House in New York and it was such a great help to them. I typically volunteer on a weekly basis. I help to answer families’ questions and concerns as well as making sure activities run smoothly. I also like playing Wii or doing crafts with our families. I love being able to meet our families from all over and even in my small way make their day a bit brighter. One highlight would be making a tutu with one of our families and making a mess with glitter. It was so fun to just laugh over something so simple and feel like a kid myself again.”
